The images are of my own paintings ….I really enjoyed doing the jigsaws. However… the colours are not quite right …. Perhaps the contrast has been altered … and there is too much red in both jigsaws although the box photos were accurate.

This puzzle was everything I expected. It was extremely difficult but very satisfying, given that it was a photo I took on our holiday to The Kimberly.

The physical quality was very good, however I was disappointed that the colours were quite duller compared to the photo I submitted. The lack of contrast in the foliage in the last 20% or so then made it just too difficult. Fortunately because of the letters on the back I was able to flip it over and complete it

Was a bit nervous after ordering a 2000 piece puzzle to celebrate a decade of creating skins for an online game. You never know what to expect when ordering things online. But the puzzle was great! No pieces missing and the printing was clear, colourful with the shapes expertly cut. Of the 2000 pieces, 1998 were absolutely perfect. One piece had a little bit of webbing around one tab. One piece had a single tab broken off, but I found it in the bag with all of the other pieces, so I may be able to fix that with superglue. I initially thought the letters on the backs of the pieces were not necessary, but man was I wrong! There were so many bits containing similar colours and image shapes that those letters were invaluable. Next one I order might have a bit more variety in background colours though. A lot of blue in this one :)

We ordered a custom 1000 piece puzzle that we designed on Canva and exported as an image, and we were SO impressed! We ordered 21 April, it shipped the next day and arrived on 7 May, so much faster than we expected. The pieces were really good quality and came in an adorable custom box in an organza bag with a little print out of our custom design. In a group of 5 it took us amateur puzzlers about 2.5 hours to solve :) No missing pieces, no puzzle dust or peeling designs. Just perfect! We had the best time and it was an excellent 30th birthday present. The quality came out super crisp and I would 100% order from this company again for the super reasonable pricing, fast shipping and great quality product.

The quality of the picture and the pieces was very good (certainly suggest a high quality picture be supplied for custom jigsaws) I was uncertain at first at the picture quality on the cover was quite low but this could be to keep costs down. The actual jigsaw was very good I was disappointed regarding the delivery. While the delivery period was fairly good (it was over Christmas) and the communication was good, it was disappointing that the delivery driver just tossed the package over the front fence rather than walking the ten metres or so from his car to the front door. It did mean that the box was dented in one corner
